Senior Administrator _.:=iTake=:._ Posted October 25, 2018 Senior Administrator Report Posted October 25, 2018 (edited) Moderators must follow these guidelines on Site and ForumsΒ - The most important rule!; Use your better judgement!Β - Don't defy another mod in public, instead send a PM or make a post in the "Site admin".Β - Be tolerant! give the user(s) a chance to reform.Β - Don't act prematurely, Let the users make their mistake and THEN correct them.Β - Try correcting any "off topics" rather then closing the thread.Β - Move topics rather than locking / deleting them.Β - Be tolerant when moderating the Chit-chat section. (give them some slack)Β - If you lock a topic, Give a brief explanation as to why you're locking it.Β - Before banning a user, Send him/her a PM and If they reply, put them on a 2 week trial.Β - Don't ban a user until he or she has been a member for at least 4 weeks.Β - Always state a reason (in the user comment box) as to why the user is being banned.Β - If a Staff promotes someone after it has been agreed on, no other Staff should interfere without consent of Staff who granted promotion.
